That is why in spas is not allowed to turn on the phone, watch TV and read newspapers. Decide right, from what spa treatments at home you want to start: with a nice bath, exfoliation, body wraps or facial masks. But forget about the order – the result is all that matters. Put some relaxing music and light aroma lamp. Essential oils contribute to the production of endorphins and improves mood. For relaxation oils of lavender, orange, mandarin and sandalwood are suitable.
Contrary to some other body parts facial skin needs a more delicate care. Do not forget the three rules of facials: clean, nourish and moisturize. All this can be done during at home facial spa. For example, a nourishing mask with strawberries can be easily done: mash berry with a fork, add a honey teaspoon, and hammer this mass with your fingertips to a pre-washed and cleansed from the cream face. After a while, rinse with warm water. If you have a tired look, a good way to give freshness are compresses. Also, use manicure, baths, pedicure, wraps, massage to give your body anxious rest, and needed care. Besides, it is usually very funny to make spa-procedures with your friends.
